VCRN will be in Yorktown on November 16 to offer emotional support.
On October 26, the friends, families, teachers, & the community of Yorktown suffered a terrible shock and loss with the tragic car accident & deaths of 3 beloved teenagers. The impact has been felt by all. Virginia Law allows teenagers 14yo & older to be seen without parent permission. Anyone younger than 14 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
